We now offer $7 FLAT RATE shipping in the U.S.! USPS Priority Mail delivery means you should get your SLAPCHALKS® in 2-3 business days for most addresses in the United States!

Shipping with sustainability! Our cardboard boxes are made in the USA from 100% recycled and recyclable Kraft corrugated cardboard. Local sourcing of materials and environmentally conscious printing in the USA means lower carbon footprint than sourcing overseas.

Express and overnight delivery is not available at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Just getting started with international shipping! We’re now shipping to Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & UK with First-Class Package International Services for lightweight orders like shorts, pants, chalkballs, and Refill Ring.

Some examples of orders under 2 lbs might include:

  • 3 shorts

  • 2 pants

  • Single pair order with chalkballs & Refill Ring

Some examples of orders under 3 lbs might include:

  • 4-5 shorts

  • 3-4 pants (mix of youth and adult pants)

Some examples of orders under 4 lbs might include:

  • 6 shorts

  • 3 youth pants & 2 adult pants

More items require our larger box size and will almost definitely be over 3 lbs.

Total package weight must remain under 4 lbs.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange your unused, unworn, and unwashed pair of SLAPCHALKS® with care tag attached, ONLY if no chalk has been inserted in the pockets.

We cannot exchange internationally shipped product. If you’re international, you may return your product at your own expense, and we will refund upon receipt.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY CHALK IN THE POCKETS UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SHORTS OR PANTS.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used with chalk in pockets cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We will NOT be able to give you a refund or exchange if we receive a return product back from you that meets any of the previous conditions.

Chalk Balls that have been removed from original packaging cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If you believe you have received a defective product or an incorrect size, please contact us at JGRock@slapchalks.com within 7 days of delivery.

14 Days to Return

Please return your product within 14 days of delivery.

Please know that SLAPCHALKS® will not assume responsibility for any damaged items during shipment within U.S. or overseas. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. We do however track our packages within the U.S.. We cannot track international packages once they leave the U.S.

Please send us an email at JGRock@slapchalks.com and let us know what size you would like to exchange to/or if you would like to return product.

Your return and refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time we receive it. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

For exchanges, once we receive your return shipment, we will send you the requested replacement at no additional cost.
